In a recent video, Spohr Shooting Precision offers an insider’s look into the SHOT Show in Las Vegas, highlighting their collaboration with Ultradot and showcasing their latest firearm innovations.
Day One: Industry Day at the Range
The team sets up in Boulder City for Industry Day at the Range, a pre-show event where exhibitors and media test-fire firearms. Chris Rhodes, a prominent handgun hunter and author of the Handgun Hunting Afield blog, joins them to mount Ultradot’s prototype Prime reflex sight on a 4-inch .22 Long Rifle 284 Carry revolver, enhancing shooting accuracy for attendees. They also equip a 286 Competition revolver with an Ultradot Matchdot II, similar to the setup featured in American Handgunner by Mark Hampton.
Day Two: Official SHOT Show Kickoff
The SHOT Show officially begins with over 3,000 visitors expected. Attendees test various firearms, including Spohr’s revolvers fitted with Ultradot sights. The video captures positive feedback, with one participant expressing a preference for Spohr’s revolvers over a Colt.
This collaboration between Spohr Shooting Precision and Ultradot exemplifies innovation and passion within the firearms community.
