Ultradot LLC warrants Ultradot electronic sights to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. (Please see the PDF: Warranty Information on the Support page for details.) Ultradot LLC, will repair or replace, as it deems most suitable, any product which is defective in material or workmanship during the warranty term of the original purchaser, provided the product is returned by the original purchaser with proof of purchase.All costs associated with the shipment of the product are the responsibility of the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover defects caused by improper handling, incorrect installation, abnormal use, alteration, accident or normal wear and tear.Ultradot LLC shall not be liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to commercial or other economic loss or lost profits, or incidental damages.


  •  Debris on inside of tube or lens
  •  Moisture within tube
  •  Sight will not turn on
  •  Dot flickering or only working intermittently
  •  Sight tube not firmly attached to center hub
  •  Flawed lens
  •  Dot fails / flickers when brightness control knob is turned
  •  Reticle selector knob becomes loose on housing
  •  Brightness control knob becomes loose on housing
