Taking Aim with the Ultradot Prime

If you’ve been following Chris Rhodes (@HGA_Hunting) on social media, you know he’s been busy putting our newest innovation—the Ultradot Prime XT—to the test. Whether it’s CMP matches, Bianchi Cup-style shooting, or venturing into USPSA, Chris has been giving this prototype everything he’s got, and the feedback so far? All systems go.

In a recent video, Chris walks viewers through his current setups, including a 4-286 competition revolver with an Ultradot Prime XT mounted on an Allchin base, as well as a Walther PDP Match outfitted with a low-rise Arisaka plate—bringing the optic low enough to nearly co-witness with factory sights.

“The glass is incredibly clear, and the dot acquisition is fast—this sight has some real advantages over other reflex sights I’ve used,” Chris shares.

We’re thrilled to see how the Prime is holding up in the hands of a true field-tester. With crisp optics, rugged reliability, and a sleek low-profile design, the Ultradot Prime XT is shaping up to be a standout choice for both competition and real-world applications.

Chris will continue posting updates as he runs the Prime XT through its paces—and don’t worry, the full release is coming mid-summer. Stay tuned, because this is just the beginning.
