Return Policy for product purchased directly from Ultradot LLC

It is our desire to make our customers happy by providing the best service possible. If for any reason you are not happy with your new Ultradot product you may return it to us for a full refund during the first 10 days from the invoice purchase date as long as you have not mounted or used it in any way. The undamaged item must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a brief description of the reason for its return. Please inspect your sight thoroughly upon its arrival as we do not accept returns after the sight has been mounted.
